FAQ

  • All shop work has a 2-day turnaround time. (For example: If your equipment is dropped off on a Tuesday night, it will be ready to be picked up Thursday morning)
  • Phil’s Ski & Snowboard is an indemnified shop. What this means: Ski binding indemnification lists are compiled by the National Ski and Snowboard Retailers Association to determine which models will be covered under the manufacturer’s liability. If we are not certified for a particular manufacturer, or if the ski or binding in question is no longer indemnified by the manufacturer, we will not be able to service the equipment.
  • Our tuning and repair services are done on a first-come-first-served basis, with a standard turnaround time of 2-days. In the event you need your equipment serviced sooner, we will do our best to accommodate you. Please understand that this is a case-by-case basis, and depends on the current workload. Thanks!
